You are responsible for any content you display or transmit using our digital menu or dashboard systems. Content must be appropriate, legal, and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

All Sky Sync Media branding, software, and designs are our intellectual property. Do not reproduce or use them without permission.

4. Limitation of liability

Sky Sync Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
